Policies

 

 -To request an appointment please call 401-332-4378 and speak with

the salon coordinator or leave a detailed voicemail and we will return

your call as soon as possible.

​

​

-Please be advised that due to the high volume of inquiries we are booked

out about 4 to 6 weeks, this does vary on days and services requested.

 

​

-Our scheduling coordinator will try her best to accommodate your schedule,  

we do recommend reaching out a month prior to the date from which

you are looking to schedule an appointment.

​

 

      -All consultation appointments require a nonrefundable $75 payment, that is

credited towards your total service amount.

​

-All payments/deposits are due at time of scheduling your appointment.

​

-Payments not paid within 24 hours will result in your appointment time

being canceled notice will not be given of cancellation.

​

 -All hair extension service policies will be explained at time of consultation.

​

-All payments/deposits are nonrefundable.

​

-Payment/deposits may be paid by Credit card, Apple Pay or Cash app.

​

-All remaining balances due at time of service are CASH ONLY.

​

-All services are nonrefundable.

​​

-Gift certificates are not available.

​

Cancellation Policies 

​

​

-Courtesy reminders are sent out through text message, 

The 1st is sent out immediately after booking your appointment,

the 2nd is automatically sent 1 week prior to your upcoming appointment and

 the 3rd courtesy reminder is sent 72 hours before your appointment. However

if you did not receive them, you are ultimately responsible for your

appointment time that you scheduled.

-Hair Extension clients are required to give at least 1 weeks notice in order

to reschedule without a fee. Less notice will result in a $250 rescheduling

fee. You can only reschedule 1 time, any notice 72 before will result in loss of

your deposit and $250 rescheduling fee in order to rebook.

​

-Non-extension services will not be charged a fee if you cancel/reschedule

72 hours in advance of your appointment. 48 hours or less notice will be 

required to a pay the $75 cancellation fee in order to be able to reschedule. 

If you should no-show your appointment you will be inclined to pay

for the total amount of the service you missed before you would be 

considered eligible to reschedule.

If you should for whatever reason No-show your extension installment appointment

you then there for forfeit the purchase of your hair/deposit.

 I am a firm believer in courtesy, it works both ways.

COVID19

​​

-No more than one guest is allowed to enter the studio. Only

the individual having a service done is allowed.

​

- Clients will not be able to have anyone accompany them into the salon

during their appointment, including children and spouses, so please

plan accordingly.

​

-Upon arrival, clients will wait in the parking lot and call the salon. When

your stylist is ready, we will call you and let you know when to come inside.

(Waiting area is closed up front).

​

- All clients and stylists will be required to wear a face mask and the mask

must be worn during the entire length of services, until you exit the salon. ​

​

- Hand sanitizer will be at every station, as well as the front of the salon.

We ask that clients sanitize their hands or wash them before

they sit in their stylist’s chair.

 

- If you are experiencing any sort of COVID-19 symptoms, PLEASE call to reschedule

your appointment. If you are showing symptoms, you

will be asked to leave and reschedule your appointment.

​

-You will answer a series of symptoms and risk factors screening questions

prior to your appointment.​

​
